KYP- Kushal Yuva Program is a program launched Govt. of Bihar under 7 Nichay Yojna.
This program was started on 15 Oct 2016 by BSDM (Bihar Skill Development Mission) with knowledge Partner MKCL(Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited). There are three types of the scheme run by this Department
- KYP- Kushal Yuva Program
- SHA- Self Allowance
- SCC- Student Credit Card
Under KYP section Student Learn About Computer, Language & Soft Skill.
There are three types of courses is provided under KYP
- BS-CIT- Bihar State Certificate in Information Technology
- BS-CLS- Bihar State Certificate in Language Skill
- BS-CSS- Bihar State Certificate in Soft Skill
The Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) has launched a unique skill training programme by the name of “Kushal Yuva Program” which would enhance the employability Skills of all aspirants in the age limit of 15-28 years (Age limit for SC/ST, OBC & People with Disabilities is as follows: SC/ST – 33 years, OBC/EBC – 31 years, PH – 33 years), who completed at least 10th Class irrespective of their having attained higher education or their currently pursuing higher education.
Soft Skills(SS) training would comprise of Life skills, Communications Skills (English & Hindi) and Basic computer Education which in turn would Develop their Personality and act as a value add to the various domain-specific training endeavors currently being implemented in Bihar.

केवाईपी- कुशाल युवा कार्यक्रम सरकार द्वारा शुरू किया गया एक कार्यक्रम है। 7 निकाह योजना के तहत बिहार का
यह कार्यक्रम 15 अक्टूबर 2016 को BSDM (बिहार कौशल विकास मिशन) द्वारा ज्ञान भागीदार MKCL (महाराष्ट्र नॉलेज कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड) के साथ शुरू किया गया था। इस विभाग द्वारा तीन प्रकार की योजनाएं चलाई जाती हैं
- केवाईपी- कुशाल युवा कार्यक्रम
- SHA- सेल्फ अलाउंस
- SCC- स्टूडेंट क्रेडिट कार्ड
केवाईपी सेक्शन के तहत छात्र कंप्यूटर, भाषा और सॉफ्ट स्किल के बारे में जानें।
केवाईपी के तहत तीन प्रकार के पाठ्यक्रम उपलब्ध कराए जाते हैं

बिहार कौशल विकास मिशन (BSDM) ने “कुशल युवा कार्यक्रम” के नाम से एक अनूठा कौशल प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम शुरू किया है, जो 15-28 वर्ष की आयु सीमा में सभी उम्मीदवारों की रोजगार क्षमता को बढ़ाएगा (SC / ST के लिए आयु सीमा, परिवर्तन) OBC और विकलांग लोग इस प्रकार हैं: SC / ST – 33 वर्ष, OBC / EBC – 31 वर्ष, PH – 33 वर्ष), जिन्होंने अपनी उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त करने या वर्तमान में उच्च शिक्षा प्राप्त करने के बावजूद कम से कम 10 वीं कक्षा पूरी की।
शीतल कौशल (एसएस) प्रशिक्षण में जीवन कौशल, संचार कौशल (अंग्रेजी और हिंदी) और बुनियादी कंप्यूटर शिक्षा शामिल होगी जो बदले में उनकी व्यक्तित्व का विकास करेगी और बिहार में वर्तमान में लागू किए जा रहे विभिन्न डोमेन-विशिष्ट प्रशिक्षण प्रयासों के लिए एक मूल्य जोड़ के रूप में कार्य करेगी।
Who Can Apply:-
For KYP-
A student who has successfully passed 10th (matriculation) from any recognized Board and should be Domicile of Bihar.
एक छात्र जिसने किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से 10 वीं (मैट्रिक) सफलतापूर्वक उत्तीर्ण की हो और उसे बिहार का डोमिसाइल होना चाहिए।
For SHA-
The student who has successfully passed 10th(matriculation) and 12th(Inter) from any recognized Board and should be Domicile Of Bihar.
For SHA Students should have not Taken admission for Higher Education that means the student has stopped his/her study after Intermediate
जिस छात्र ने किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से 10 वीं (मैट्रिकुलेशन) और 12 वीं (इंटर) सफलतापूर्वक उत्तीर्ण की हो और उसे डोमिसाइल ऑफ बिहार होना चाहिए।
एसएचए के लिए छात्रों को उच्च शिक्षा के लिए प्रवेश नहीं लेना चाहिए, जिसका अर्थ है कि छात्र ने इंटरमीडिएट के बाद अपना अध्ययन रोक दिया है
